I had an issue with my order and thought it would be something they could sort out quickly. They did reply, but it really felt like they weren’t actually reading what I was saying. I went back and forth with them a few times, explained the problem more than once, and still nothing got fixed. Eventually I just gave up. They weren’t rude or anything, but the whole experience made me lose trust in them. If they can’t properly handle a simple issue, I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable ordering again.

I tried to exchange an item and, it just felt a bit messy. I wasn’t really sure what was happening most of the time, and the replies were slow. I had to keep following up to ask for updates, which was just a little frustrating.

Getting my refund was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. It took forever to come through, and while I was waiting, I kept getting these pushy reminders that felt aggressive. Not a great experience overall.

I got a hoodie from chnge the fabric is really soft. Like, I was expecting it to be nice, but no, actually it’s way comfier than I thought. It didn’t have that stiff or scratchy new-clothes feel at all, which I really appreciated. I was going to say the price was too much, but maybe not too much, just a little higher than I’d normally spend. Still, I’m happy with it and I’ve already been wearing it a ton

I got a nice discount code and it worked just fine at checkout. Maybe I just waited too long or didn’t read the details closely enough, but I do kind of wish the promos lasted a bit longer. Overall, though, it was a good experience...

I ended up giving up before I could finish checking out. The pages were loading really slowly, and every time I got to checkout, it kept freezing on me. It was frustrating because I was ready to buy, but the site just wasn’t cooperating.

Tried to place an order and the checkout decided to take its sweet time. My discount code didn’t show up right away either, which was super relaxing, obviously. I had to refresh and enter my info again, but it did finally go through. So, not the end of the world, just mildly frustrating enough that I almost gave up.

The site was a miss for me. The design felt cluttered, and the overall style seemed all over the place. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for, and it just didn’t feel clean or easy to use. I ended up leaving quickly.

They’re comfy enough overall, but the fit feels a little weird sometimes, like they sit differently depending on how I adjust them. I also wish it was clearer what I’m supposed to do next, like whether there’s a better size to try or some kind of exchange option. It’s not terrible, just kind of frustrating.

I ordered this and it actually showed up way faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The only tiny gripe is that the tracking didn’t update quite as often as I would’ve liked, but it was still clear enough to know where things stood. Overall, I’m happy with the whole experience.

I was checking out their site the other day, or maybe it was last week, and I couldn’t really find clear details about where they source their stuff from. Maybe I missed it, but it wasn’t obvious to me. I just like knowing that kind of information before buying, so I wish they made it easier to find.

I’ve washed it twice now and it did shrink a little. Not a ton, but enough that I noticed... so yeah, just something to keep in mind.
